BTD Presents at MUT Leipzig

BTD Presents at MUT Leipzig

The MUT (Mid-Market Entrepreneurs Day) in Leipzig was a great success again this year, with mid-market innovators, out-of-the box thinkers, trendsetters and decision makers
all in one place.

MUT | BTDBTD’s German partner, Stephan Jansen was present to discuss with local politicians and innovators the importance and implications of strategic growth, the success factors and pitfalls of M&A transactions and how best to realise value though good M&A, succession/sales, and integration practices. BTD was also one of over 60 workshops and 120 presentations conducted at the eleventh event, the biggest mid-market fair in Germany.

Germany’s mid-market is the backbone of its economy. BTD is thrilled to assist mid-market companies in creating value through M&A, and securing it with the application of sound business succession plans and professionally-executed divestments. The MUT event portrayed the diversity of the German market, the current trends and needs of owner managers and decision makers in the real economy and in the service industry alike.
