Driven by increasing client numbers and demand in North America, BTD is pleased to announce the official opening of BTD LLC, located at 10 Post Office Square in the center of Boston’s financial district. The practice, led by BtD Partner Nick Palmer, will accelerate the expansion of our services in the US, Canada and Latin America, and strengthen our ability to support our clients wherever their MA&D activities take them around the globe.

Nick brings nearly 30 years experience as a strategy and organization consultant, and is a recognized expert in strategic alliance and joint ventures (JVs), having helped form and manage collaborations in the pharmaceutical, oil & gas, software, high-technology, consumer packaged goods and telecoms industries. In addition, Nick also works with senior management teams to craft and implement plans to enhance client firms’ capabilities, often capitalizing on collaboration and M&A. Firms Nick has served include Eli Lilly & Company, Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca, BP, Halliburton, SASOL, Statoil, Royal Dutch Shell, Sprint, Kraft Foods, Kellogg’s, KPMG, and IBM.
